Performance: I Want Candy - Live with Bow Wow Wow
You may or may not know that right now I'm on tour, playing drums with Bow Wow Wow!
It's the opportunity of a lifetime and my first tour! It's been a blast so far but also exhausting.
I recently read a post by Brendon Burchard where he said:
““When you knock on the door of
opportunity, do not be surprised
that it is WORK who answers.””
Right now this couldn't be more true. I've had to play some of the most physically demanding music I've ever had to play, deal with getting sick and nursing myself back to health while traveling, find time to maintain some level of self-care and balance, learn to be present and available to fans who just want a minute to take photos or share their enthusiasm for the music - all while learning the ropes of life in a minivan. It's tough, but well worth the experience and memories.
