Video Lesson: Flam Warm-Up Exercise

This warm-up features Flams and taps, with the number of taps increasing from 1 to 2 to 3, etc. all the way up to 8 taps on a hand.

Repeat each one as many times as you want before moving on.

Remember to use a metronome and don’t let the time signature changes confuse you, the 16th notes stay the same throughout!
